Anna and Mike, radiate happiness as soon as you meet them. After touring them around Honey Bee we learned that they originally planned a destination wedding in Tulum but due to COVID they were rethinking everything. So what did we do? We sat down with them and talked about their wedding vision. That vision was brought to life beautifully and we are so lucky they chose us to be a part of it.
Sunflowers adorned the pergola, while Anna and Mike’s closest family and friends watched as they said I do on a gorgeous September day.
Their love story started in 2017 when Anna walked into Mike’s Craft Beer Store looking for a job and in her words “ended up finding much more than beer!”
Their shared love for local bands, brews, digs, and the simple things brought them together and they never turned back.
When we asked Anna and Mike what they were most looking forward to on their wedding day, they responded with photography. They couldn’t wait to see the pictures that captured their expressions and emotions. But the super adorable part? Anna said she was most excited for the moment after the ceremony where her and Mike could decompress and get a moment to themselves. How sweet is that??
The flow that they created at Honey Bee opened our eyes to just how versatile this venue is. They brought in a beautiful sailcloth tent that attached right off the side of the covered patio creating a great flow. All of their guests were able to sit under the tent and enjoy their dinner and afterwards transition to dancing in the barn with an awesome band.
Anna and Mike, you were amazing and we are so happy you had the intimate wedding you had been dreaming about here at Honey Bee.
